CHILDREN’S ORGAN TRANSPLANT ASSOCIATION (COTA) is a national charity that helps children and young adults who need or have had a life-saving organ/tissue transplant. 100% of all funds raised are used for transplant-related expenses. COTA is a non-profit organization.
